Ball-Stars recognition is awarded to the teams and prospects who performed at an elite level throughout the tournament.

Parker is must see tv. She plays with a calmness in the midst of the madness of a game. Parker helped lead Wisconsin Dynasty (4-0) to win the Evolution Basketball Cream City Rise Girls 16/17u Division Championship with her offense and defense. Bailee is a 3-level scorer with a high IQ, plays with poise, great footwork, with the ability to play off of the ball, nice mid-range shot, and solid on-ball defender. Parker is a prospect to put on your radar from Wisconsin’s C/O 2027.
